    Sensei Kangas graduated seven (7) new brown belts in our Hokutoryu Club in Quito, Ecuador in June-2010. Below the happy group after the test with local Sensei Monard and Sensei Kangas.

     

     

    The 3rd Hokutoryu Ju-Jutsu International Camp was held in the beautiful Virginia Beach, VA location on May 15-16, 2010. Instructors were Shihan Timo Hirvonen, 7th dan, and Sensei Pertti Kangas, 3rd dan.

     

    The camp was organized by our local Hokutoryu Ju-Jutsu instructor Tom Poey. Participants included Hokutoryu students from both Atlanta and Virginia Beach locations, and US Navy soldiers from the local military base.

     

    There will be two Hokutoryu camps each year. spring camp will be organized in the Virginia Beach location around May, and fall camp will be held in our US headquarters in Atlanta, GA around October each year. Read our seminar page to stay informed and to sign up.

    Hokutoryu Ju-Jutsu USA teaches also in private and public schools. Below some of our junior students who graduated this spring and received their diplomas from Sensei Kangas and Sempai Oday.

     

     

     

    Hokutoryu Ju-Jutsu women´s self-defense seminar was held during spring 2010 in the North Atlanta, GA area.  

     

     

    Hokutoryu Ju-Jutsu USA demonstrated Ju-Jutsu in action to several hundred middle school students in North-Atlanta, GA.
