Join this hands-on weekend seminar to learn the essential Jiu-Jitsu strategies and techniques, including
strikes, kicks, locks, holds, take-downs, grappling,submissions, chokes, and other essential combat and self-defense techniques.
The seminar will be held in our Roswell, GA Headquarters.
All levels of students & all martial arts styles are welcome!

Saturday, November 08, 2014: 12:00 pm – 04:30 pm Jiu-Jitsu Seminar
Sunday, November 09, 2014: 9:00 am – 12:00 pm Kenjutsu Seminar and 12:00pm – 1:00 pm Jiu-Jitsu Seminar
You can train in your uniform (gi), or use training pants and a T-shirt.
